Bare bottom LPS tanks?

I know a lot of the sps'rs are going bare bottom.

Just wondering if many lps keepers are doing the same?

The 1 Im starting up is going to be BB as compared to my other tank. Full reef SPS/LPS/zoos/palys etc...

I recently swithced over to BB and absolutely love it.

tring this myself, but im stumped.
how do you keep the flow high enough to prevent the bottom from becoming litred with detrus, while still having the corals open fully.

tring to run 350-400gph through a 10+10 bb system.
but to have the frogspan open having to cut flow to 100-150gph.

return system is scwd to locline w/ three outlets per side in oposing corners of tank.
