Base/Live Rock & Sand

Well I seem to have too much base/live rock and live sand, anyone need any for a fuge?

There is about 25 lbs of live sand, lots of life in it.

Also there is about 10 pounds or so of base/live rock. This is basicly base rock with coraline growing on it. Small pieces like baseball size and smaller, great for a fuge.

Anyone want this for cheap or for a couple small frags?

How much are lookin to get for the live sand? 25lbs is a little more then i need but I could use some.

I would like this stuff to go ASAP. I have it in a bucket with a heater and a powerhead, so everything is very much alive still.

Feel free to make an offer, either in frags or cash.

BTW - I'm right off of Vickers/Rangewood. Right up from Union/Acadamy if you don't know the area.

Rock is all gone, but 25 lbs of sand is still available...

Sand is ready to in a 5 gal bucket. Still running the heater and powerhead on it so everything in it is doing great. Lots of live stuff still, even saw a few hermits and snails in it.

Anyone want this for $20? Less than $1 per lb.
