Bayer dip alternative help

Hello,

I can not get Bayer Insect Killer complete in the UK. I was at the garden centre and saw inter insect killers that looked similar? On is for fruit and veg and the second is for flowers would either of these be safe to use?

I don't see a list of ingredients on the packages, so I personally would avoid using those products.
