Do you think I'll get my 7095 soon? I'm #6 on MarineDepot's wait list.

Thanks for your post and I echo every positive sentiment stated in response. I have a bunch more positive things to say but I'll just leave it at that. :)

i am going nutz wanting the magnets

my streams are hanging from the euro-bracing and blocking some light to my corals

<tick, tock, tick, tock>

Well I was lucky enough to be one of the first people around to get the mag holders, but what I really want is my friggin' wavebox. I have been on the waiting list at Aquatek since July. It is getting frustrating!

I've checked with every retailer (online and retail) and I'm being told that I will not be able to get a 7095 multicontroller for 4 to 6 months. :(

Any tips or suggestions?

I figured out why I havent gotten my box. I asked Bruce to see where I was on the list and I wasnt on it! The guy that I told to order it didnt write it down so now I am WAY down the list. :(

They don't have that long of a list, don't worry about it, I don't even have any on their way so either way it will be a while.

Well I got put on a list for 2-6000's and a 7095 with the magnet holders. Sounds like it's going to be awhile for all of my stuff. Since the 7095 is 10weeks out (!) can I use the 6000's without the controller and magnet holders?

PS - Looks like Tunze needs to hire some extra help!

I sure am glad I bought the 7094 multicontroller when I got my streams back in October. I had seen posts from people saying to wait for the new multicontroller for it seems like 6 months before it came out. I figured there would be a huge waiting list when it came out, and I guess I was right.

I am a little surprised that they discontinued the 7094 so soon after the 7095 came out. It seems like they would have waited until production was ramped up on the new model before getting rid of the old one. Then again, with Tunze being such a small company, they probably didn't have the capacity to produce both.

I still think it's better that they keep the quality high, even if we have to wait a little, instead of mass producing these things and letting the quality go downhill.

Thanks msm_oracle. Sucks to have to do it that way but oh well. Do you work with the Oracle database?

I agree with you Mikester. It is good that they want to keep the QA up, but in the meantime they are going to start loosing customers if it's a 3 or 4 month wait on all of their products. There is a fine line there I guess...

Tunze is in a difficult position. Some would say an enviable position. It is not often that you make products that are so in demand you cannot keep up. Nice problem to have. While its frustrating for the consumer, I disagree that they'll be losing customers because of the wait. For now, there is no alternative if you want a quality stream type product with an effective wave controller. When or if that day comes, then they might have to worry about losing customers.

Any kind of estimate on how long till I'll get my small tunze holder magnet?
I've been waiting 2-3 months and have a new 6010 kit sitting in the closet waiting for this thing. I realize they want to make customers aware of future models/products but I think they're going overboard with this stuff. Companies are listing these products on their sites and taking preorders for them. I know they're a semi-custom manufacture but it seem a bit odd they can't push out a couple hundred of the magnets to fill all the backorders, seems all they are is a magnet encased in a die molded plastic mount. Again Roger no heat on you cause I know you can't do a thing but I wish Tunze would hold off on realeasing info on new products to the public to within a month or two of when they can actually supply it.
