Hi,

Hope you can answer a few questions for me,

1. Can I controll salinity
2. If I buy, does it come with the GHL PH Probe or the AquaDigital probe

The beginner pack doesn't come equipped with the salinity card or probe. You would have to add them to monitor salinity.

The package has a AQD probe as standard but for the next week or so it will have a GHL PH probe.

Just to clarify a bit more.

All GHL Profilux's have the ability to control salinity the criteria is to add the expansion card for this feature and probe or upgrade to the Beginner EX that comes with Slainity and Redox built in (probes seperate) and GHL pH probe

But as Todd says there is an offer to include a genuine GHL pH probe for a short period, so with the discount And a GHL pH probe this amount to over a $100 saving!!!

Thank you for the information about the Beginner pack, I have one more question. You mentioned that I can buy the EX which comes with the expansioncard for the salinity and probe, but what would it cost to add later the card and extra probe for salinity?

Best get the EX pack if you want this level of control
