Been awhile but i am back!

About 1year ago my 180 crashed. I sold everything and bought a whole new setup. A custom 215 with everything. Really sweet setup. Since then it has sat in my house untouched. I have got a promotion at work and bought a new toy(2000 ACR Viper). So i have been busy. But now that it is getting cold. I am ready to start on my tank hobby again! Cant wait to dive back in. Just wanted to stop in and say Hello again. :wavehand:

Sorry dont have any of the tank handy. LOL

But i am going to need some help. I am really sucking at doing all this stuff.
I pretty much have everything besides the plumbing. I will pay for food, beer, drinks, gas whatever. Just need somehelp. The display is the the living room, my goal is to put the sump etc.. in the garage. I will also need help aquascaping the tank. I have a ton of rock. But my last tank rock work sucked! And i have been out of the game for 10months and there are LED light now? How are they?

LEDs are awesome and getting better. They seem to be better options for smaller tanks right now, just due to cost and the like, but they're showing up more and more in larger tanks. The upfront cost is big, but you don't end up having to change bulbs like you do with other lighting types. DIY, at this point, seems to be the best way to go based on what I've seen. It saves a ton but still gets costly. You just have to look at the initial cost vs the cost savings of bulb replacement and electricity and decide if you can swing it.

I'll help with setup and rockscaping whenever you are ready, but I have to request that you take me for a spin in your new wheels. I have always wanted to ride in one of those baby's.

I've taken a spin in his VR4 well before he hit the 1k hp range. I think he was hovering 400-500awhp at the time and it was pretty frightening. I cant imagine what the Viper is going to be like

As for the tank. I am free everynight after 9. And Thursdays and Sundays. When ever you guys want to come see what I am working with I am down. And I will most def take ya for a ride!

that's one sweet ride! are you going N/A, SC, or turbo to hit that HP range? I would offer to help on your plumbing, but i am kinda scratching my head trying to figure out my own setup (first time i will have a sump).

As gas as the tank goes just come over hang out and give input.
