Just showing some of the improvements from when I first purchased this already running setup to its current state. Also some of the progression.

Just the stand and a dream.

The 75g and stand in blue tape, just the begining. Also install of RO/DI unit and brute container.

Holes drilled through the wall, basic plumbing awaiting sump transfer.

Sump move done. Still have alot of work to do.

After:

75g in the dining room plumbed through the wall to the sump.

Still needs another coat of latex black paint to look perfect.

Sump and small frag tanks in the garage.

After continued...

Peacock mantis in the sump wondering what I'm doing.

Enjoy!

The next thing to do is add my luminarc reflector to the second 30g tank, which will be done soon.

Love the peacock mantis!
IMHO, you need a bigger display tank. Maybe move that dining room table out of there :D
The frag setup is sweet. You have some nice specimens you're culturing, keep up the good work.

Looks good!

Where did you buy the metal stands from and how much?

Are they coated with rust inhibiting paint?

Thanks for all the good feedback everyone.

The industrial stand was from sams club. It says it will hold 3000lbs at breaking point but I reinforced it the 2x4s in the center and after that it seems solid as a rock!

I am not sure about rust inhibiting paint though... I added water resistent white board ontop of each shelf.

Thanks again

nice setup..love the peacock..mine just died today =(

Sorry to hear about that. Any idea how it died?

I have neglected his sump home and need to get him some crushed coral and small rocks so he can close up his pipe at night.

not really..i got him about a year ago and he was already pretty big. He had plenty of food and params are great so, I'm assuming that he was just old. If that's not the case, then I'm not sure what happened. He didn't die in vain though. Today, he became the first smasher mantis to enter UM's preserved animal collection.

Very nice work, good planning. I like the diy filter bag holder.

Thanks

I was getting alot of bubbles from the drains and I started evaporating almost a gallon more each day.

I ended up taking a 4" pvc pipe and cutting alot of 1" holes with a hole saw. Now the water is dead silent. works great.

Thanks again
