Belize, or Cayman islands?

Ok so as a bonus my boss is gonna give me a 1 week vacation. Hes got a timeshare plan where i can go just about anywhere. I've narrowed it down to belize or cayman islands. I'm looking for excellent diving, and fun stuff to do above water too, since my wife will be coming and doesn't want to dive the whole time. So any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated. Also any other places in the carribean i should be lookin into?

Don't know about Belize, as I haven't been, but Grand Cayman certainly fits the bill

Little Cayman diving was much better than Grand Cayman, IMO.
Have heard nice things about Belize , as a resort,
but not a dive Mecca.

Little Cayman diving and snorkeling is indeed some of the absolute best, however, topside is limeted to beach life, hotel bars and watching the iguana's. Great get away, but the only night life is the land crabs

i will likely be staqying on grand cayman and i have no idea how far grand cayman is from little cayman, but do any dive ops do day tours to little cayman?

Grand Cayman is too far from Little Cayman for a day trip by boat. Got take a puddle jumper prop plane. Could do the best of both worlds, stay a few days on Little Cayman for some pure low key relaxation and snorkeling, and few on GC for the good life in the civilized world.

Cayman Brac fan here. At least they have a paved runway and a Dominoes pizza (not that it was any good)

Be sure to do Stingray city on Grand Cayman...... we prefer it as a dive versus the snorkel tour. Ya maybe its a tourist thing but its fun.

I've been to the Caymans many times. The best Island is Little Cayman it it the least developed and the dive site are more pristine. I prefer doing it from a live aboard or 2nd choice from the Brac its a 1.5 hour ride. The wall start at 20' it cant be beat
