besides rod who sells onyx clowns online

im looking for 2 onyx clowns the one rod has are beautiful bt are just too small for my reef and well end up getting picked on.were else can i get these fish doesnt matter if they are wild cought or not but i want to have them before thursday this week.thanks for the input victor

Not reliably, and they'll probably be about the same size as Rod's, and a lot lower quality.

the only sites that pop into mind that get them occasionally are:

reehotspot.com (great for walk-ins if you live in LA)
liveaquaria (divers den has them often)
****************** (has some ORA picassos from time to time, but maybe onyx sometimes too?)
fragglereef.com (i've seen them have it once)

Onyx clowns are not that easy to Find, Rod has spoiled us.

yeah i know i was abble to contact sustainable aquatics and rdered a pair from them ill see tomorrow how they look they said that they are about 1 1/2 inches so thats alot bigger than rod but they did admit that they werent fully colored yet cause it does take long but we will se ill let you guys know if not to save my pennies i go to get them from rod and i guess i can put up another tank to raisse them .....sorry for run on . grammer not my thing. thank

Is there a no breeding clause from Rod? Couldn't someone breed a pair of his clowns?

i dont know wonder if the parents he has are the only ones that can produce that gene man if thats so that would suck if one went carpet surfing one day

sure, there are quite a few pairs of his onyx spawning and Embryoguy has raised some half WC half Rods.


But nobody is breeding them and selling them, yet.

He has another pair spawining in a different tank, he could raise those if his something happened to his pair.

And no the kids can produce full onyx the gene is very strong in his children.
