best 400w halide

Want to replace my bulbs and was wondering what was the best bulb out there. I cant seem to be able to find anything that can supplement my 400s now. Tried vho, pc and t-5 but makes no difference. Would like some more pop, would a 20k be dim like a 20k 175w bulb?

Not sure I understand right but seem to get it. Anyone know where I can get Venture bulbs, I read PFO's desc. and they seem to like the color. I am most interested in color as I am only growing softies and lps so I get a lot of growth either way.
