Best all-around DE Bulb for SPS

I've been using phoenix bulbs with good growth and color. I changed out the first set of bulbs after 1 year. Didn't notice any of the color change or slowing growth.

Been using Phoenix 14k for 18 months now. The first pair lasted a full year, although they did get duller near the end. I do love the look of the bulb, but I dont Rave about them like I used to. I went to a guys house recently that was running the XM 10ks. I have a pair on order, should be switching over to them by June 1st. I only run my Halides about 5 hours per day, I'm trying to get more growth out of a couple of Efflos and other SPS.

I've tried BLV 14K for about a year and I liked it.

I change out the bulbs every 1500 hours.

Anyone else used the USHIO HQI's? Are they good bulbs?
How about the Geisemann 12.5K megacrome ones, are they any good?

I liked the Giesemann megacrome bulbs. Very bright, but I thought they needed actinic supplementation - which I couldn't provide - so I switched from them after a year. They are also very expensive.

I use the megacrome, White almost yellow color, I want to change it to a 14k bulb, I have been planing on the phnix, but I just saw some 12k reeflux bulbs in person and the guy was getting awsome growth along with awsome colors, so I am gonna have to try the 12k reeflux out, although they havent been out long enough to know the life or shifts of them.

250w 10k XDE's w/ custom cut and fitted icecap T5 reflectors + 10k T5's w/ icecap T5 reflectors.
Very, very bright and very, very white. My Acros and clam love it, but I have so much light that my xenia shrivle up! :eek1:

I can almost hear my acro's growing.
