Best Blenny for eating green hair algae?

My tailspot and starry blenny get along quite well and don't bother any of my other tank mates.

Starry and Tailspot pick at my rocks and glass. I have no HA in my main display. They eat flakes, Cyclopeeze, and Rod's food. It takes them several days to settle into a new tank.
