Best choice clown for hosting GBTA

Ya I know all about it, i've watched the video's and have spoken with a few that have done it. I guess if they don't host, I can wait a while and then catch the clowns and do it a month or so from now. Haven't decided. But, part of me will just see what nature wants.

I would not be concerned about the tube method with a BTA. BTAs have a very benign sting and will not harm healthy fish, let alone healthy clownfish. In any event, the tube method provides an escape route just in case.

All the Amphiprion that use BTAs as hosts in the wild belong to the clarkii complex (= large and aggressive). And then there is of course also Premnas.

I have seen tank raised percula and ocellaris accepting them but there you have no guarantee.
