Best DC return pump

So I ended up going with the Reef Octopus Various-6. Seemed like a great alternative to the Vectra pumps and slightly more affordable. It will be a few weeks until I can test it out as I'm still waiting on my Reef Savvy tank. I will post a quick review once I finally have it up and running. Thanks everyone for all your great advice.

May be a bit late but I went from the Jebao/Jecod DCT 6000 to the Jebao DCP 10000 and I am very happy cant beat the price. I still use the 6000 on my Lifereef Skimmer but the 10000 runs my dual reactor, chiller, and is the main return pump on my Reefer 450.

I do as well, RODC 5500. Best I can tell, ours is the original version of the new and improved VarioS. I've been running mine about 2.5 years and it still works great and is dead silent.
