Best diet for Dwarf Lionfish?

I'm currently setting up a 40 breeder for a Fu Manchu lion and a Dwarf Fuzzy. I know Fus are hard to get to eat, and I have a 20 gallon and a 5 gallon lying around I can use to keep live food in. I've read threads about lions getting depressed after eating nothing but frozen for years and I want mine to have a varied diet and stay healthy. I think freshwater ghost shrimp would be the bulk of their diet and maybe fiddler crabs too. Does anyone else have any suggestions? I don't know where I'd get saltwater feeders but I'd prefer that. I know about gutloading the shrimp and everything I just want to feed what's best for the fish.

My tank is full of small chromis, cardinals, and ghost shrimp and although 1 goes missing every now and then he mainly just chases them, i feed him silversides and spirulina brine, pellets occasionally, ive had him for 3 odd years now

Careful about feeding krill as it causes lock jaw.

Best food for lion fish and similar predators: designer clowns!

The ORA clowns are like they were specifically bred for that purpose - crappy quality and deformed like they are they couldn't possibly be meant for anything else.

The S&R long fin ocellaris may even be better - they can't swim away fast enough.

Seeing as this is a current thread does anyone know if these fish like fast current or does it not matter to them? I would love to have one of them in my tank but it's a planned bare bottom high flow sps tank.

They are naturally found in areas of low/no flow.

Ok, if it's a deal breaker with the wife I may consider a lower flow lps tank.

There is another option if you have a controller like the Apex:
Switch between high flow and low flow every 3 hours similar to what you find in the wild due to tidal currents. The fish will quickly learn to come during the turning of the tides when the flow is at its lowest.
You just need to provide flow protected shelters where they can retreat during high flow periods.
