Best Foods?

Ok, so it seems pretty obvious that Rod's Food is the best frozen type food out there.... :D

As far as a dry food, what would be everyones choice?

Spectrum?

This might be fun to see what everyone thinks...

I am pretty happy w/ the spectrum pellets. I believe they incorporate garlic into the ingredients and it does seem to help w/ immune system function of the fish. My fish have remained rather healthy ever since they've been eating this. I just recently switched to Rod's Food so I don't really use the pellets any more.

If you purchase spectrum pellets make sure you shop around, the prices in the LFS range from 14.00 to 26.00 for the same size container of the same type of Spectrum pellet food. Probably best to buy online. HTH.

Irrelevant now. And, it isn't Rod's Food but "Rod Food" -- see his website!!!

But to answer the question, but Spirulina flakes or Formula Two.
Still feed Nori though.

I use Formula One, Two and the Prime Reef. I just pick a different bottle every day. Of course I use Rod's food also about twice a week.
On a slightly different note . . . I think a snappier name for Rod's packaging should have been "Rod's Stew". No one asked me though. :(

That might not be a good name though b/c I know a few people that'd try to down that stuff, w/ a name like that. (I might even be tempted :D)
