Best LED lights for macros own softies?

I just setup a 70 gallon seahorse tank for the girlfriend and the last thing I need is lights. I'm planning of having a ton of different macros, softies from my display, and some gorgs. Need to keep the tank Temps to a minimum so LEDs are my only option. Would also like to keep costs to a minimum as this is really eating into my display upgrade budget.

I found a few 160w maxspect razors (16k) for sale locally but not sure how well that would be with macros. Also been considering a pair of ai primes, but my tank is euro braced so the tank mounts would be difficult.

Any ideas on what the ideal lighting setup would be for me would be greatly appreciated. The tank is 36 x 18 x 26.

I've had China boxes before, wasn't really impressed with them. Besides I'd prefer something I could tank mount and that had sunrise / sunset and moonlights.

Just looking for other ideas / options. Found a decent 4 bulb t5 locally that could work with the right bulb combo but trying to keep heat to an absolute minimum.

If you want color control for macro algae, that has sunrise/sunset control, moonlights, legs and very low heat, check out a Reef Breeders Photon V2. Here is a pick of the difference you can get with color control. BTW, this isn't as far cool white or warm white as I can go, just what I wanted.
