Best lighting for nuvo 24?

I'm going to setup a nuvo 24 reef tank it's dimensions are 36"x12.2"x13" and i was wanting to know the best lighting system that would be efficient enought to keep every type of coral.

4x24w ATI Sunpower would be my first choice unless you have the money for the LED PowerModule. Then that would be my only choice.
