best lighting for otimum chaeto growth

We are having a discussion on this thread regarding what the best lighting for a refugium is. Perhaps someone on this forum could add to the discussion:

yeah, we're lookin for some help . Is it the coil/flood CFL's like Melev uses? T5 6500ks? PC's? And what Kelvin rating have you found to be the best? TIA all.

I have a PC fixture thats taped to my built in fuge on my 20L that's using a 2700K 13w bulb, and the chaeto is rolling. I've heard that the 5100k works better, but that hasn't been the case so far..
