Best looking clowns ever!

Well, out of the thousands of clowns Trop has sold over the year, the best two have been kept by the owners son Ray. The origin is Sumatra. By FAR my favorite clowns ever. I have offered stupid $$$ for them atleast 100 times over the years...hopefully one day he will get tired of me asking...

I finally was able to order a pair of Rod's Onyx from somewhere else...but i dont think anything will get as nice as these....

its really hard to tell in the pics just how dark the black is. i've seen some that were just incredible. im sure the pics don't do the clowns justice.

Those are at trop right? I saw them and thought the same thing, Best looking clowns I've ever seen in 20 years of this hobby

Yeah, they are on the top row at trop. I dont think he will ever sell them.

I just wish they would breed them...

they lay eggs every now and then. Just not consistently.

Yep, I asked the forsale question then followed it up with the breeding question as well. Hands down, the coolest pair around.

WOW! To find one fish like that is awesome, but to find a pair is unbelievable. Incredible clowns. They really really need to raise some offspring.

They said they have issues getting the dark color to come out. Thats why they don't bother with breeding the perc's the colors don't come out as nice as the oci's do for them. Thats what I was told last week

they are extremely nice, I have seen two pairs like that come through bangkok in the last 3 years, they were expensive.
