Best place for CUC other than reefcleaners

I have plenty of cerith, Nass and nerites


I'm Looking for variety trochus, astrea, margarita tired of the same 3 snails in my systems. Also looking for value not the crazy prices I see people charging for trochus.
 
To me trochus are worth the price because for me I have to replace astrea's since they always fall over. Don't bother with margarita's as they are colder water species and don't last long in reef tanks.

Margaritas also can't flip themselves over if they fall. I like stuff that reproduces easily in an aquarium. I have some stomatella snails that I got as hitchhikers. I'm also about to get some trochus. Colonista snails, and strombus grazers (IPSF used to have them) are some other options. Except for the trochus snails, I'm not sure where you would be able to buy them.
 
Never thought to look there because the prices on everything else is so crazy.

10 polyp rasta frag for $238!!!! I paid $80 for mine and it had almost 20 polyps.
 
Live Aquaria for me. I think that I have bought them from blue zoo before when LA was out. Funny enough, the petco in DM has them from time to time.
 
For some reason everytime I order from liveaquaria or dr fosters I get an email immediately after placing the order saying my order has been canceled. Everytime I call and talk to someone they can't explain why

Well you said you didn't want to pay the obscene price for trochus but didn't give an idea of what the obscene price was. Do you have a LFS that sells them or are you just looking online?

I get mine from a LFS and pay around $4 each typically. Maybe that seems high but everyone I have bought is still alive and kicking in my tanks 2+ years later...I can't say the same for astrea's.

That price doesn't seem to bad from the link above but they are small.
 
Bluezooaquatics has really cheap CUC.. good guarantee, free shipping on orders above $140, and I personally have never had a DOA or sick arival.

IMO, it's the guarantee that matters most as alot of online stores won't replace poor shipping conditions.. this place will actually refund the shipping too.
 
I decided to have a local order some for me. She was offering 2/$1 on astrea, cerith, margarita and nerites so for $15 I'm adding 10 nerites 10 astrea and 10 ceriths
 
I'm trying to find this out myself. I know there was another place a few years ago, Tampa Bay something I believe, but I can't seem to find the page. Maybe someone else will remember the name.
 
I may have spoke to soon, not sure this is the place. I tried to add trochus to the cart....only option was to add one, not multiples, click add one again, and it said they only had one in stock. Not sure that is a good sign of a place to order a CuC from.

It says at the top of the page that it is not open until Friday 8/1/14.
