best place to buy lights????

looking to build my own hood with retro lights.

so far i have the following for actinics...

this comes with the bulbs.

now i need to find a place that has the best deal on MH...

with two fixtures and two 20k bulbs its a total of $360

anyone have a place with cheaper halides?

how do my moon lights and actinics look?
