Best plumbing prices on line?

Okay, both Home Depot and Lowes down here are worthless. I have a larger selection of plumbing supplies... Out of about 50 fittings (all of which the Lowes in Madison has all the time), they had 2... Not to mention 15-20 minute check out times during the slower parts of the day because they only run 2 cashiers, regardless of time of day... Can you tell I'm frustrated? The service industry down here is worse than any place I've ever been. Driving is safer in Mexico... Enough whining.

Maybe we could just buy what you need up here and ship it to? I wouldn't mind to help you out if you know what you need. In fact, I'll be plumbing my tank on Monday anyway.

Depends what you're looking for. If it's the expensive stuff like Sch 80 bulkheads and GF Union ball valves (Swiss made) then Savko.com can't be beat. Plus Andy and the owner are real nice people over the phone.

I thought about making a plumbing trip out of a Nashville visit. I can't always find everything I need, though, so the frustration of changing the plan to match what is available on the spot kicks in... Some of this stuff was likely cheaper at Lowes, but overall, it it probably a wash.

BTW, the total cost of the McMaster order was $93 and the total cost of the Savko order (everything the same except two bushings were sch40 instead of sch80) was $68...

Darn, I had a PM saved for 2 days waiting for your box to clear then finally sent it via email today since I needed to cut and paste something else today . My PM was rather long as ussual so I just had it saved in that cut function but didn't know how to save it further than that! Man I need to go take PC classes! Anyways, I didn't ignore you, I will re-pm you tonight with my goodies.

I do that alot, too, Angela. I'll usually open a Word document and paste it in there to copy and paste when I can...
