best stuff for fuge?

kinda looking into other options then a DSB in my fuge...i have like a inch of sand, mostly just from left over from the display....im kind of thinking just alot of rubble and few different kinds of cheato/plantlife what does everyone else have?

I have a 6 " dsb, about 70 lbs of live rock, a chaeto ball and a derasa clam.

I have a sand bed (not deep), some live rock that didnt fit/look right in the display, a chaeto forest and some mangroves.

I have a 3" sand bed, some LR, and grape caulerpa.....

I have about 2" sand, some leftover rock, mangroves, chaeto, caulerpa, a short spine urchin - saves on trimming!!

ive heard of people growing xenia in their fuge. Im not sure if they require lighting or not. My sump is new so I only have cheato and a couple pounds of live rock but I plane on adding more.

I have a DSB and caulerpa. The caulerpa grows like mad.Much faster than cheato, and my tang likes to eat it.Most folks are scared of it getting into the DT but I have never had a problem with it.I actually put some into the DT once before and it wasnt difficult to remove after letting it go for about a month or so.
