Best Temp for BTA

I have a very healthy brown/green BTA about 4". I have seen many suggestions about tank specs for anemone's but cant quite figure out the best temperature. some say do not go over 78 and some say 78-80 is best. right now my temp is about 76-77. anyone know for sure or is just anything close good as long as the nem is happy? btw...my WSM loves the nem :D This one has been in the tank a week and looks extremely healthy. It also is eating great. I just dont want something as silly as temp off a degree or 2 to jeopardize its life.
Thanks in advance.

80F is good, a couple of degrees off isnt going harm.

i kept a puple BTA at 84F. it was about 4" when purchased, once a week feeding of silversides with the flesh removed (fed it head and guts only)
after about a year it started eating 3"-4" silversides once a week.
the fallowing year it reached about 16" -18" in dia. by that time it was eating two 3"-4" silversides a week.

i sold it when i moved with a 5-6 lb. piece of Fiji it was attached to, along with a mated pair of oscellaris that bred like clockwork every month, for $200.00. i only paid $9.99 for it in 05', the fish were given to me from a friend who was getting out of the reefworld and they werent mated when i got them.

thanks for the replys. wonder what all the huff is about temp above 78 being too much? so is 76 too cold then? mine seems to be ok but like i said. if everything else is perfect i wouldnt want temp to be his down fall : )
thanks

BTAs have a wide range of distribution and hence, tolerate quite varied conditions. Mid 70's-low 80's tend to be fine as long as the other water conditions are tolerable.

I set my heater for 80. So when the MH come on it stays consistent.

80 is good trust me...

It's doubtful temp would be a problem with a Nem. But 80 is cool. More likley you will kill it from bad water or lighting.
