Best Test kits I've ever run across

While at MACNA, I picked up a Kh,Mg and Ca test kit from Jesse @ Elos. Now I've used every test kit the MO industry has marketted, along with most scientific kits. The three kits I got from Elos are BY FAR the easiest I've run across, and their accuracy isn't comprimised by the ease as well :D. I've compaired their results with kits I have at work, dead on!!! The color change is perfect, can't ask for much more, well, other then if it would simply test on it's own :D

I just did a Ammonia, Alk and Calcium test I got from Jesse at Elos. All I can say is wow! So much easier and less drip, drip, drip...if you know what I mean.

wow, when I'm done with my saliferts I'll try the elos ones out!

thanks for the headsup. looks like elos is going to make it big around here ;)

Aquarium Concepts and The Aquatic Gallery carry them. If you get a group buy with either one of them, let me know and I will make sure to help them with that.

yeah maybe we should go over to the Elos USA forum and I can give the BAR group prices just so we don't break any rules.

Please excuse the newbie Q:

How are these kits easier to use?

The easiest I've ever used :D

oK, may be the question should be phrase as how does these kits differs as compared to salifer in terms assay set up.

Take the Kh for example

5ml tank water
add drops from only regent...count as you drop
Color changes from blue to yellow

MG
3ml tank water
9 drops of regent A
.15 spoonfull of powder
count drops of regent C
color change is from pink to blue

It's not just the ease, these are high grade kits, NST standard. No other MO test kit comes even close to that.

I can give a real quick overview without trying to sound too much like I am selling them:) Sorry I am paranoid about breaking rules so these are just facts.
Childproof locks on harmful reagents
glass vial
latex-free syringe for very easy and smooth action
easy to read color charts on colorimetric tests and easy to see color changes on titrimetric tests.
at least 50 tests in each new kit
each batch tested independently for accuracy and consistency to NIST standards. I believe we are the only major test company to do this. Hope that helps.
