Best way to catch a yellow watchman

I want to give my yellow watchman to my gf. I have established corals on several rocks.What is the best way to get him out? I have heard that there are fish traps you can make or buy. Do they work? Can they be made? Or should I just take out rocks and coral and net him?

A small fish trap might work but you may have to skip feeding for a few days to encourage entry into the trap. Aqua Medic make decent fish/pest traps.
