Best way to entice an anenome to move?

I just acquired a large rock with an anenome from a friend. The two clowns that are also new have gone to the back side of the rock to host the anenome. When the lights are on, the anenome comes up over the top of the rock a little bit, but the clowns just hang out in the back. Can I place a rock over the anenome to get him to move, or should I try the powerhead to move him around?

Best way is to change the water flow in the area of the anenome.

Increasing it is more likely to force it to move.
