best way to ship a anemone?

I have heard that if you want to ship an anemone you should take it out of the water for 5 minutes so that it expels all it's water and then place it into a bag with no water in order to ship overnight. This sounds crazy to me but it may not be. Anyone know the best way to ship these animals?

I don't know much of anything about shipping but I would bet my house that shipping a salt water animal in 0 water is a BAD idea.
