Thats true but they used too large a wave. They used a driver that was like 5 feet across and it did not hold up in the test. I have done SPL contests. Thats where people who will one day be deaf come to compete the the amount of Sound Pressure Level they can create with there subs and amps.
I have seen several windshields and rear windows pop out.
Yes they popped out due to air pressure and not frequency. But I have also seen a singer break a glass with her voice. The military has also tested sound waves as a weapon. While I dont think you can turn up your subs and break your tank. I do think that you can freak out the fish or vibrate the rocks and make them topple if they are not secure.
Heck when I get my theater going the dresser upstairs vibrates.
