Bi-color angel with white eye

I bought a bi color angel on Sunday. I got home from work today and seen he had a white eye. Took a shower, then went and checked again only to see he died!! Good grief. It's been years since I put any new fish in. My wife will be heartbroken for sure!

Could of been ich or velvet since clouding of the eyes can be linked to that. Also injuries sometimes will cause the eyes or eye to look cloudy. I usually dose Epsom salt when I see cloudy eyes and no other indicators are present for ich or velvet. Also for popeye too. 1 tablespoon per 5g

I think flukes is another possible cause of cloudy eyes.
