bi-color dottyback, with a problem

i've got a dottyback, that i've had about 2 weeks, it's been doing real good since i've had it. today i noticed a white spot on the right side of it's head just behind and below it's eye. i've now noticed that it's kidn of bouncing that spot off rock. it's not breathing heavy, or acting listless or shooting back and forth across the tank. what could it be, and do i need to try to get it out. she's really hard to catch. but i don't want my other 2 fish to croak. thank you

Is the spot new or was it there but you noticed it today? Dottybacks can have white scars because of fight with other fish and mobile inverts.

no it was never their before, i also noticed some discoloration between it's eyes. it's really dark spots, but they look like they are under it's skin.
