Bicolor angel QT

Hey all,

I have a bicolor angel on its second day in QT. I just wanted your guys opinion on how he's doing.

The QT is a 10g and has pazipro in it. Everything is at zero and the temp. is at 79 degrees. He has a kole tang tank mate.

He seems to be swimming from side to side and sometimes stops in the corner by the air stone and let's the bubble hit his bottom and rear fin. I fed him yesterday and today and have yet to see him go for the food yet. I understand that pazipro suppresses there diet but I would have thought he would have taken a couple bites at least. The kole tang seems calm and takes a few bites.

Any opinions please and thank you.

PP will not suppress appetite in most all fish, although I'm sure there is at least 1 that it will. You should get the fish eating and eating well before starting any meds. How big is the kole tang? The tank is definitely crowded, I would only put one fish per 10g when QTing, unless they are nano fish. As far as the angel going to the air stone, I wouldn't worry about that. Are they breathing normally? What are you trying to feed them? Do you have any kind of small powerhead in the tank? I would worry about low levels of O2 and the ammonia coming on quick in the 10g with two fish in it

I have been feeding marine, reef, carnivore frozen cubes that I feed my display. I cut a small piece for my QT. The tang eats everything. But I notice the angel go at the food last night a little not a lot but a little. I think he might be getting better.
