Bicolor Blenny won't eat his veggies

I purchased a Bicolor Blenny last Thursday and he's in my 20g QT. He happily eats live brine, some frozen mysis, and will pick at the occasional Instant Ocean Omnivore Marine Chip. It's my understanding that these guys need some vegetable matter. I've tried dried green seaweed and Instant Ocean herbivore grazing block. The few pecks he takes at the grazing block he spits back out.

Any suggestions? Thanks!
