BIG PROBLEM: 125 has a big leak

So sorry to hear! It sounds like you have it under control now, but if theres ANYTHING I can do let me know! Also, ill just hold onto the sps frag until your reset :)

Yeah thanks guys, I'm kinda in limbo now waiting to hear from Marineland about the replacement tank. It sounds like they will be giving me a credit for a new one so I'm happy so far with their customer service. Yeah, Nick - I'll let you know when I'm back online. I'm really hoping just a couple days.

oh man, so sorry to hear, hope it all works out well. sounds like the bottom pane isn't tempered? how think is it?

Dan's Wife: NO this is NOT your chance to build a plywood tank. :) Finish the house please :P

In all seriousness...REALLY?! A plywood tank? Have you been talking to Kent?

OK, so after one week of not knowing, I found out yesterday that Marineland (United Pet Group) will be replacing the tank for me! Should be coming today and tonight I will be putting everything back together again. What a friekin' headache, but I can say I am pleased with Marineland's customer service.

On another positive note: I would like to acknowledge Tom and crew at The Reef Shoppe for being extremely helpful in the process of working with Marineland. Tom (and other LFS owners in this area) truly demonstrate why it is best to support your local stores even when it may be a couple bucks cheaper online. It's all about customer service! So go give Tom some business already! I have noticed lately he has a ton of really sweet Euphyllia. Not T(om's)T of course, but a very nice selection.

ID theft from my wife?

ID theft from my wife?

gawd....I hope not! :spin1:

I'm so glad Marineland, Tom and his crew are helping you out, Dan.
A leaker is very stressful. Lucky for you, your wife seems sympathetic.
(You can read into that.)
Good luck putting the puzzle back together.

Someday when we're a lot older we'll probably have a good laugh when we recall how a leaking aquarium seemed like a big problem.
