Big Red Rubber O-Ring

I have 4 6201s and on 2 of them, following the latest cleaning have expanded and are not tight in the channel. Where can I acquire replacements?

I usually just soak the entire pump with the o-rings in place but the pumps impeller assy taken apart in vinegar but this time it appeared that the o-rings expanded. Should I not soak the o-rings?

You can order it from Tunze.com. I wouldn't soak the o-ring inside vinegar. The same thing happened to my 6261 when i try to clean them I have to order another Oring from Tunze.com

I haven't had that problem before, but maybe it happens with longer soaks, it is silicon so it should be fairly unreactive. It is not a very critical part on a Stream it mainly serves to dampen vibration. It is part 3000.020.

Would this part be covered under warrany????

I was just going to order them on Tunze.com but I get an error indicating that the (https) certificate is bad. Is there another place to order parts?

I will pass it on. I think it is likely just a temporary issue with the credit card processor. We did receive orders yesterday.
