Hello.

I've had many purchases from Premium Aquatics since I've moved to the US. I've always been very pleased with the service and products.

Recently I received a defective item, and emailed PA. I was given an RA number and offered a refund hours after I sent my email. I sent the item back, and promptly received my refund. No hassle whatsoever.

I always order my equipment from PA because of their legendary customer service. I was hoping I would never have to rely on it [in terms of a refund] but that day has come and passed.

Big thanks to Premium Aquatics for living up to their name. Customer service is #1 in my book.
