Thank you so much roger, I just recieved my fixed 6100 tunze stream in the mail. Thanks so much roger for helping me fix this. Driver some how under humidity stopped functioning. Replacing it did the trick. Works and purs like a cat. beautiful. thank you so much roger. I'll let you know any updates if anything happens.
Roger was more than willing to take on my problem even though the pump was expired out of their date of warranty. Answered all of my PM's one after another split second after second. Tunze is nothing without you roger..... you're just the best sensational tech support ever. Really much appreciated. Understood my situation, had me send it back and he took a look at it replaced/ fixed and sent it right back. Thank you roger...
