Big thanks to Shane at southwest aquaculture I set the tank up a new tank with rock from Shane and could not be happier with the rock or the service that I got from him. I purchased the rock about three weeks before I was able to set the tank up and Shane happily did water changes on the rock and got it to the point were I saw zero cycle on the tank.
