Big ups to Coralvue (Reef Octopus)

I just got off the phone with one of the guys at coralvue after disassembling my bubble blaster pump for maintenance cleaning and seeing that the screws were rusted out and the needle wheel tines had been snapped off. They are sending me a new volute, screws, and impeller. He told me that the tines that had snapped were probably from something (snail) getting into the intake, but that he would send me a new one free of charge. That really went above and beyond my expectations for good customer service. I just wanted to say THANK YOU to the company and to let everyone know how firmly they stand behind their products.
