Bigger skimmer cup

I have a eshopes 75 skimmer on my redsea reefer 250, very happy with the skimmer so far, but I empty the cup a lot. Could a bigger cup from another skimmer fit on this body? I don't think I really want to do a secondary cup, just a bigger one.

I bet you could contact Eshopps and see if the cup on the slightly larger model psk-100 would fit that skimmer body. The skimmer body is slightly larger diameter, but the twistlock neck on the cup might be the same. They might be willing to sell you just the cup.

Just set up a separate container with a hose to allow your skimmate to drain into. You could even get fancy with a float switch to cut off your skimmer if it gets too full.
