BioCube 14g start!

BAMs BAMs... I have a ton
Ok so I am starting a BioCube 14g.
I have a 34g RSM up and running with great success for about 7-8 months now.
My biggest question is...
If I take some of my LR and LS from the 34g RSM and "donate" it to the 14g setup, will this hinder, or expedite the cycle process?

Ok thanks!
how fast though!
the entire reason for the tank is for 2 picasso clowns that i am buying.
I know that I can not throw them in right away, I have a pair of clowns in the RSm so I am going to get a quarintine box for them to sit in my RSM until the Bio is ready...

If the rock and LS from the other tank is all the rock and LS that your putting in the 14g you should have no cycle and be ok to stock it in a day or 2. I have done this a few times with no issues.

do u think I should take more from my main and use the "new" rock to replace it in my main?

The process is called seeding. Also take a cup full of sand and put inthere. Im not sure a 14gal is near big enough for a trigger. They are very active and get BIG. They also make bacteria u can add to the water to cycle it fast.
