Biocube 29 Steve's LED Driver problem

Hi all,

I have the Steves LED Biocube 29 retrofit kit with the Versadriver. Yesterday I needed to unplug everything to move the power bar, and when I powered everything back on, I get nothing from Bank 1 (Blue) Bank 2 (White) works fine.

I've done the following to troubleshoot:

I've taken the Typhoon out of the system, flipped the switches back to manual - bank 1 off, bank two controllable from the dimmer pot

I've switched the bank 1 LEDs to bank 2. This makes the blues illuminate, and the whites are off. This tells me that the LED chips are ok. Also, it wouldn't work if the white LEDs were not connected to the board, so there is still a complete circuit.

My only thought at this point is that something is blown that powers the connector for bank 1.

I apologize if this doesn't make sense.

I'd appreciate any help anyone can give.

I've never seen this versadriver and can't find any info about it on steve's site. I would contact them about this. It sounds like the driver went bad.

Stevesleds makes their own drivers.

Id just replace with a meanwell or other name brand driver if it's no longer under warranty.
