Biological filtration during Cipro treatment?

I'm planning to use a small internal Eheim sponge filter in my Cipro treatment tank to help reduce any ammonia/Nitrite/Nitrate. the sponge has already been seeded with bacteria for three weeks now. I will still perform 100% daily water change during treatment.

Is this okay?

Thanks

If you change water 100% daily and not feed the anemone, there should be no ammonia problem. Being a broad spectrum antibiotic, Ciprofloxacin should inhibit the bacterial quite a bit and thus biological filtration likely not helpful.
