Biota Hybrid CB Regal Angel. Please comment

I believe I have a hybrid CB Regal angel from Biota. We all know there are two variances of Regal Angels, the Yellow Chested Regal from Red Sea and Indian Ocean, then there is the Blue Chested variety from the rest of the Pacific. Their ranges overlap in Indonesia. I keep both varieties in the past. Right now, I think my CB Regal is a hybrid and I also have a Yellow Chested Regal WC from Maldive. Pictures below. The Regal in question is the extreme mis-bared Regal at about 2.5 inches and have full adult coloration. I wanted to attach a few more pictures but I can only attach 10 pictures per post.
Opinions invited.

I’m not skilled with Regals but it kinda looks blue belly. Have you reached out to Biota to see if their breeder knows origins?

Stunning fish Minh. I’m not much of a fish guy (more into inverts and corals) so I’m not much help. Sorry.
