I am very much new to SPS husbandry, as in the past always been a softy for my tanks. I have had this birds nest about 3wks now and thought it was doing great as it has had very noticeable growth to my eye until I looked on the back side today and noticed what is pictured at about 5 o'clock, you should notice the bleached?/white areas on the underside of some branches. It is at the highest point in my tank the lighting is 2 175w 10k Ushio and 4 T5 HO all icecap driven. The rest of the coaral seems to be increasing not only in length but girth as well of the branches> my chem is ph 8.45 peak light, cal 450-480, alk 10dkh, temp avg 26C to 27C, Amon 0, Nitrate ), salinity 1.26 on a swing arm <going to purchase a refracture this weekend> Any help will be greatly appreciated
