Birndnest help!!!!

Well for reson I can't keep Birdsnest can any one help me out I have lots of SPS but for some reson every time I try birdsnest it rtn's on me checked evryrhing but nothing ph, alk, mag, cal, temp dose go up to 82 to 83 right now that it's hot but usually not over 82 and never under 79 could that be it or am I missing something anyone pls my system is around 350g total.

try starting the birdnest out on the sandbed. depending on species, ive found that most like lower lighting that acros

My birdnest and bird of paradise dont like to be exposed to air for a long time when I do water changes. I do t know if that is something that is happening to you though. I have LEDs so they're pretty close to the surface to keep the colors nice

Lighting is 250w radiums SE but I did have them on the top that might have been the reson

Put the birdsnest lower in the tank, maybe bottom 1/3!
