Big tank is viewable from 3 sides. From front glass obviously and to left is going to be a big gym. Also on right hallway pass by to get to theater room. It means rock work has to be done very carefully not to obstruct side views.

Ted. Perfect to build. Not sure about time though? Just spent 3 hrs in old sps tank siphoning and adding sand. Cant imagine what this will be like and that doesn't include the 2200 gallon sps tank.

yeah, lol, it is geometric...I think mainly as the larger the system the more fun...in your new one, you can blow off steam by scuba diving in your tank! but I hear ya, must be daunting but you will love it...

yes, but I run a huge skimmer and have the extra fuge space...most importantly I still crank out those water changes every few weeks...

I used to let it go much higher with the triggers as they just didn't care...but with all the rare angels I am being very cautious...if it goes above .23 I get anxious....

you might want to take a look at this to help reduce nitrates and phosphates. Its very popular in florida and I am told that Joe Y @ Atlantis Aquarium in Long Island uses it as well. While my new system is probably smaller than your daily evaporation, I will be using it.
