but you will have to prove loss or damages
technically your photos are still there you can download and upload them to another site so they may be able to wiggle out of it and you never know what was in their terms and conditions

I always upload directly, with the "manage attachments" button. Pics stay forever.
But they show up as small thumbnails. Pain in the butt to view.
Meh, that's asking a lot for a mostly free forum. I bet if asked for yearly 'dues', most members would demur.
Free forum my butt. What do you think would happen to the advertising if people left cause the user experience was so bad?
Conversely - what would happen to the ad revenue if traffic tripled?
Last I checked, Facebook is a "free forum"

Double meh .... unless you're privy to the inner financial workings of RC. Hardly the only forum to be 'caught' with it's pants down. And for the record, I said mostly free.
