The Gen 2 Mini 180 has an ozone port right on it, so it's no problem to do so. Having said that, I personally do not recommend running ozone into such an expensive skimmer. No matter how "ozone safe" a skimmer is the reality is that the seams and non-pvc / acrylic parts of the system are not that ozone safe over the years in my opinion. The skimmer will eventually break down. If you want to inject ozone I would buy either a cheap skimmer, or an ozone reaction chamber that is designed specifically for this.
